What is it exactly that happens when two lives intersect and overlap in ways that make it impossible to know where one ends and the other begins? Two become one, so they say, and then somehow there’s an other. What do you call that thing that is you, and yet something else entirely, inside of yourself and outside of yourself at the very same time? What is that something?
